本組織由香港大學表達藝術治療碩士生暨註冊藝術(表達藝術)治療師等一群專業人士所創立,當中包括醫生及物理治療師等。

Agnes 從小就對創意和藝術充滿熱情。 於本科攻讀了工商管理市場營銷學(BBA Hons)贏得了市場營銷獎項,並在多個國際時品牌任職亞太地區高級管理人員超過10年以上。早年,她毅然放棄多年建立的事業,希望應用自己的興趣為社會作出貢獻,在香港公開大學修畢兒童心理學文憑,致力於兒童藝術創意發展,創立了 Creative Hearts HK(心藝),且擁有超過五年教育兒童創意藝術(包括特殊學習需要)的經驗。之後成功修畢香港大學表達藝術治療碩士課程及香港中文大學心理學碩士課程  ,亦為香港浸會大學客席講師。為多間機構/學校/個人/企業提供心理表達藝術治療服務,對象包括:幼兒、特殊需要兒童、青少年、在職人士、家長、親子及長者(包括中風及認知障礙、照顧者)等。


Agnes 近年致力於香港積極推廣表達藝術治療及將其普及化因而創立了本會 - 香港表達藝術治療基金會。擁有多個感官專業認證,擅長表達藝術融合五感的新穎工作坊。現正持續進修,攻讀香港中文大學藝術文學碩士課程。 

 

Agnes was passionate for creativity and arts since she was young. She studied business (BBA) for her undergraduate degree, majoring in marketing.  She won marketing awards and developed her successful career in senior management over 10 years in global fashion and luxury brands, responsible for the Asia-pacific regions.  She was the train-the-trainer for 10 years, with excellent skills in organizing and communicating with different stakeholders. One day, She decided to contribute to society with her passion, thus she left the field of business and completed the qualification of Child Psychology at the Open University of Hong Kong. She developed her interest in psychology by combining arts and being a founder of Creative Hearts Hong Kong to educate children’s creativity (including SEN) and enhance mental health integrated with visual art for over 5 years. She completed the Master of Expressive Arts Therapy at The University of Hong Kong and Master of Psychology in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is the guest lecturer of the Hong Kong Baptist University. Agnes has extensive practice experiences in different NGOs and schools, serving targets including young children, SEN children, adolescents, adults, parents, parent-child, and the elderly(Stroke, Dementia, and caregiver).



Agnes is dedicated to promoting EXAT in Hong Kong, thus she initiated and has founded this non-profit association - Hong Kong Expressive Arts Therapy Foundation. Agnes owns several professional qualifications including sensory-related certifications. Agnes is good at innovative workshops that integrate the five senses in arts. Currently, she is studying the Master in Fine Arts at The Chinese University of Hong Kong for continuous learning.

郭芷君小姐 Ms. MARY KWOK

Mary 曾於瑪麗醫院任職物理治療師,後轉到私人診所執業,主要診治痛症及運動創傷人仕,亦同時於老人院舍提供物理治療服務。現於非牟利機構的早期教育及訓練中心及特殊幼兒中心任職一級物理治療師,另外亦提供學前到校服務,服務對象為有特殊學習需要的學童及家長。過程中理解到無論是小童、成人或老人,除了身體上的需要,在成長或復康路上心靈上的支援亦不可缺少。


Mary曾於香港中文大學進修骨關節醫學及復康理學碩士,及在香港大學進修表達藝術治療碩士(優異),獲得 ANZACATA 註冊藝術(表達藝術)治療師資格。現正進修攻讀兒童為本遊戲治療,希望能協助更多有需要兒童及家庭。她以多年服務痛症患者、失智老人、中風病人、殘疾人士、特殊需要學童及其家屬的經驗,把表達藝術應用於幼童、兒童、青少年、長者、智障人士、受壓力問題困擾的家長及等群體,為其提供個人或小組治療。


Mary used to work as a physiotherapist in Queen Mary Hospital and private clinics, mainly treating patients suffering from musculoskeletal pain and sports injury. She also worked in the old aged home as a part-time physiotherapist. She is now working as a part-time physiotherapist in a non-profit making organisation, providing training services for children with special education needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, developmental delay, etc.) and support for their parents. With all these experiences, Mary recognised the mental well-being of individuals of all ages is as important as their physical health.


After studying the Master in Musculoskeletal Medicine and Rehabilitation in CUHK, Mary decided to pursue her desire in promoting the importance of mental health in the society and among her clients. She completed the Master of Expressive Arts Therapy at the University of Hong Kong, and became a registered Arts Therapist (Expressive Arts) of ANZACATA. She is currently studying child-centered play therapy, with the vision to offer help to families and children who are in need. With her extensive experiences in providing services to individuals suffering from physical pain, cognitive impairment, stroke, physical disabilities, children with special education needs and their parents, Mary aims at integrating her knowledge and experiences, in providing expressive arts therapy (individual / group sessions / workshops) services to children, parents, adolescents, elderlies, care-givers or parents with stress, individuals with mental illness or intellectual disabilities.

鄭靜儀女士 Ms. YVONNE CHENG

因喜愛藝術,Yvonne於中學任教數學十多年後,在澳洲皇家墨爾本理工大學修讀藝術文學士課程,藉此以藝術融入教育工作。其後,因有感藝術可以自我療癒,修讀表達藝術治,並希望以相關專業為社會作出貢獻。她曾以表達藝術治為有特殊學習需要學童、智障人士、兒童、青少年、受精神健康困擾的家庭、照顧者、認知障礙症長者及癌症病人等提供個別及小組治療和工作坊。


Yvonne had been a secondary mathematics teacher for more than ten years. After leaving her teaching position, she studied fine arts in the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and dedicated to integrating arts in education. Because of her experience in the healing power of art, she studied expressive arts therapy and hoped to contribute to society with her professions. She has worked with populations including SEN students, people with intellectual disabilities, children, adolescents, families suffering from mental distress, caregivers, elders with dementia and cancer patients.

黃可欣醫生 Dr. Wong Ho Yan, Candy

精神科專科醫生​ Specialist in Psychiatry (Psychiatrist)

黃醫生曾於大埔醫院、北區醫院及青山醫院工作,轉為私人執業前,黃醫生是沙田醫院及威爾斯親王醫院精神科副顧問醫生。黃醫生亦是香港中文大學醫學院精神醫學系名譽臨床教授。


黃醫生曾於香港大學接受表達藝術治療培訓與督導,於 2021 年成為 ANZACATA 香港表達藝術治療協會專業會員。


Dr. Wong worked in Tai Po Hospital, North District Hospital, and Castle Peak Hospital. She was an Associate Consultant of the Department of Psychiatry, Shatin Hospital and Prince of Wales Hospital before her private practice commenced. She is also an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor of the Department of Psychiatry, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.


Dr. Wong studied expressive arts therapy in the University of Hong Kong, and qualified as a Registered Arts Therapist (AThR) of ANZACATA.
